During the time we are closed during the corona virus outbreak I will be running a OPP KettleFit online session, it will be a cardio and all body workout using a lightish kettlebell session which we can adapt to the space you have available.

If you don't have a kettlebell then a dumbbell will work or a large container that you can fill with water like a plastic milk bottle or empty washing machine liquid bottle

It will be run via the zoom app which you can download for free to either a phone, laptop or tablet, you can see me and other participants too, once you buy your ticket you will receive a code and login for your chosen class, class will start at the advertised time so login 5 minutes before

Remember that by signing in to any online classes from OPP you accept responsibility for your own safety during the classes, as i can only see a small picture of each participant during the classes it is extremely difficult to correct any exercise you are doing wrong, if you are not sure what you are doing then stop, don't take unnecessary risks.
