If you are looking to improve your technique or work on some new stuff, then i'm ready to help you achieve your goals, I have many years experience as an obstacle coach and i'm one of only two Level 2 Spartan SGX Coaches and Spartan Obstacle Specialist Instructors in the UK. it doesn't matter if you are an elite athlete looking to improve your technique or a first timer, i'm very confident i will help you improve.

You can also have fitness sessions at OPP using the equipment we have there or if you want a more gym based workout I can also provide that from my gym in Crawley.

Gift Vouchers - If you purchase a gift voucher you will be sent a code so the recipient can sign the waiver using the code after agreeing a date with Mark 

* Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your session less than 24hrs before your booking then unfortunately you will have to pay the full cost of your session

Transfer Policy

If you chose to transfer your session to another date there is a £5.00 transfer fee
