Open practice sessions are ideal to practice your obstacle skills and to see how others do things, its a very relaxed environment and you will often find a more experienced racer who is happy to give the odd pointer if your not sure what your doing. If your new to obstacles i would say that you may benefit from some coaching before you attempt more than you can manage

Open practice sessions are un-coached and although i will be on hand to give some pointers if you do not feel confident attempting any obstacle please seek advice before trying, If you are new to obstacles and unsure you may benefit from some 1-1 or small group coaching which can be arranged by talking to me.

Please take the time to read everything so you are prepared for your visit. 

Pricing :-

Adults from £22.00 (after 9.00pm ONE DAY before a session the price increases to £26.00) 

Juniors from £20.00 (after 9.00pm ONE DAY before a session the price increases to £24.00) 

Tickets will be available on the day if the required number has been reached and the session is going ahead, please do not just turn up without checking, cash on the day is accepted by arrangment if you have been to any previous  session in 2025 if not you will have to pay online. 

IF YOU WISH TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKET TO ANOTHER DATE, TIME OR EVENT THERE IS A £5.00 TRANSFER FEE, UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY THE ORGANISER 

A minimum number of 4 will be needed by 9.00pm TWO DAYS before a session for the session to go ahead, if the required number of 4 is not reached then you will be refunded your session.
