Spartan Training Workshops for beginners/intermediate level

If you are looking to improve your performance in Spartan races, then this series of workshops will help you develop the skills you need to do that

I’m a Spartan Obstacle Specialist Instructor, Spartan SGX Coach and owner of Obstacle Play Park in Redhill, Surrey, which has the most comprehensive range of spartan type obstacles in the UK all the obstacles I build are as close as possible to the real thing so on race day you are fully prepared for what you will face,

Spartan Junior Workshops

The age ranges will vary depending on the workshop but typically a 2 hour session will be for the 8-14 age range 

Junior workshops will be all about basics and fun .

For juniors parents and guardians must stay on-site for the duration of the session and I strongly encourage you to come and watch the session,

Spartan Workshop Dates

Saturday 22^nd March 10.00-1.00pm

We will work on the basics of any race,

Walls, Monkey Bars, Multi-Rig, Rope Climb, Hurdles

Each session will cost £55 if booked by 28th Feb then £65 from March 1st to 17th bookings close 18th March

Late booking (1 week before an individual session) will be £70 per session
