Tuesday Junior OCR Workshops Coming Summer 2026

Every Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm there will be a group coached junior OCR/Spartan workshop,for 8-15yr olds we will work on basic skills needed to take park in OCR it will be a mixed ability group for beginners and those with some experiance, cost will be £12.00 and if the junior wants to stay for the open practice after 6.30-8.30pm it will be at a reduced rate of only £10

Spartan Training Workshops for beginners/intermediate level

If you are looking to improve your performance in Spartan races, then this series of workshops will help you develop the skills you need to do that

I’m a Spartan Obstacle Specialist Instructor, Spartan SGX Coach and owner of Obstacle Play Park in Redhill, Surrey, which has the most comprehensive range of spartan type obstacles in the UK all the obstacles I build are as close as possible to the real thing so on race day you are fully prepared for what you will face,

Spartan Junior Workshops

The age ranges will vary depending on the workshop but typically a 2 hour session will be for the 8-14 age range 

Junior workshops will be all about basics and fun .

For juniors parents and guardians must stay on-site for the duration of the session and I strongly encourage you to come and watch the session,

Spartan Workshop Dates

Saturday 15th March 10.00-1.00pm

We will work on the basics of any race,

Walls, Monkey Bars, Multi-Rig, Rope Climb, Hurdles

Each session will cost £55 if booked by 1st March then £65 from March 1st to 14th bookings close 14th March

Late booking after 14th March 7.00pm will be £75 per session
