This not to be missed, beginner friendly event always has a great supportive, atmosphere with a fantastic 22.5k bike route and a pretty 5k run route and that's after you have completed a 400m swim in the stunning Langport Lifestyle Fitness pool.

Langport Triathlon is one of the most anticipated sprint distance triathlons in the South West, attracting up to 400 entrants each year. In previous years the event has completely sold out so book your space early to avoid disappointment!

400m Swim - 16 lengths of the stunning 25m indoor pool
22.5km Bike - A challenging rolling course takes you out of Langport into Somerton and back again on a well marked circular route involving hill climbs, descents and technical sections. A great ride guaranteed with stunning views!
5km Run - The run includes a small cross country section followed by a stretch of pavement before a left turn on to the beautiful Wagg Drove.  Turn around under the bridge before heading back up to the event village and great applause as you cross the finish line.

Unfortunately a section of the run course is over private land so competitors are not able to do the full route before the event.

ESTIMATED SWIM TIME - Please ensure that your estimated swim time is as accurate as possible (you can change it as many times as you like).
We use this to set your start time for the event which ensures maximum enjoyment for everyone.
Please also include your estimated event finish time.
NB Swim Start Times will be emailed to all competitors no earlier then 7 days before the event date.
