We are back at HYROX London!  Once again we will be supporting the MacMillan Cancer Care fundraisers at this World Series Fitness event at Excel in London.  We have now done many of these events and therapists all absolutely love them - high octane, noisy and lots of fun!

There are 3 days of challenges taking place and you can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 days if you wish but note that each day has its own entry on Race Nation so get in quick!

Date: Saturday 6th December

Shifts: 12 - 7pm & 1 - 8pm - you will be allocated your shift a week before the event.

Fee: £140 plus £25 towards travel/parking.

Equipment: you must have your own equipment including massage table (you will be able to leave it overnight at the venue if you're working more than one day)

Location: Excel, London - Royal Victoria Dock

You must be fully qualified to work at this event - it is not suitable for students.

Priority will be given to current members.

These events are great fun and will provide lots of amazing hands-on experience - you'll work very hard, become very tired but have loads of fun doing it, we PROMISE!!
