How do you earn the Medal!

Between now and New Years Eve, simply run a single run of at least 6.6 miles, which was the distance of a lap of the Actual Starcross Shuffle event, then email me proof of the run and your medal is sent in the post.

Entry is just £8 and £5 from every entry is going to the Charity! 

With 100 places on the event, lets raise £500 for Andy's Man Club!
