Wimborne 10 Mile Road Race

Before you enter Wimborne 10 Mile Road Race

  • RACE START is Sunday 15th November 26 at 1030am
  • The course is accurately measured; a map of the course, race licence and SEAA Course Measurement Certificate Number 23/289 is available from W10 webpage
  • All competitors must be 18 years or over on the day of the race
  • The finish cut off time is 2 hrs 15 mins which will be administered at each of 3 water stations
  • The course surfaces are in generally good condition but there are some potholes and uneven surfaces along the way
  • The route is fully marshalled every 1/2 mile with mile markers and direction signs throughout
  • There are no road closures in place outside the initial race start/ finish area
  • Please note this is a headphone/ear-phone free race
  • The race is not suitable for wheelchair users, prams and no dogs are allowed

About Wimborne 10 Mile Road Race

Organised by Wimborne AC since 1998,  an undulating  scenic 10 mile course with PB potential. Well signed with marshals  every 0.5 mile,  3 water stations on course and one at the finish. Chip timed with results immediately available post race. Finishers receive a memento, free tea and homemade cake. Start and finish is at Pamphill BH21 4EE

Sub 60 min male runners and Sub 70 min female runners receive a commemorative T shirt
