Be among the first to Move with Water Babies in our inaugural event raising donations for local charities while reaping the rewards of healthy exercise and earning a shiny medal to show off. The event is open to everyone in the UK
Move for at least 30 minutes or 1 mile every day and share your moves on social.

Although we'll set some ideas for moves along the way, you'll do all your moves at your own pace, preferred location and time each day so you can fit it around your world. But please stay safe, you're responsible for setting your own limits, exercise intensities, style, location and safety.
We're not asking for financial donations, instead, we're suggesting you raise physical donations for charities such as food banks & baby banks. We all have items in our cupboards that we don't need so why not put them to good use, check your chosen charity's wish list, clear out your cupboards, spread the word to your contacts and take a box to work with a list and ask your colleagues to donate.
Choose your own charity located anywhere, just be sure to get in touch with them to check what they need & their drop off location so that you're making the biggest difference possible.
You can find your local food bank here https://www.givefood.org.uk/needs/
You can find your local baby bank here https://littlevillagehq.org/uk-baby-banks/
If you have a different preferred charity to raise for then please do, this event is all about bringing something good to your local community.
At the end of the month collect up all your donations and take them to your chosen Charity's drop off point. Post a picture on social of everything you've raised to celebrate your achievement.
P.S, The Technical T-Shirts are half-price with entry until the 25th of July when they'll go back to the full price of Adult £24 Child £20 so grab a bargain technical T-shirt with your entry and show off your moves.
The benefits of moving for both your mind and body are well documented but sometimes we need a little extra motivation and a reward for our efforts, everyone loves a shiny medal. But what if you could also raise physical donations for a local charity at the same time?
Move With Water Babies is a charity event open to our clients and non-clients and while it's not compulsory, we'd love it if you'd join us in raising physical donations for your chosen local food or baby bank while you work your socks off moving with Water Babies. That can be as simple as emptying your cupboards of the items you don't really need or taking a box to work for your colleagues to fill.
This event is all about improving your fitness & having fun while doing some good for your local community.
Move every day by walking, swimming, running, climbing or even dancing - the choice is yours! but do at least a mile or 30 minutes of exercise every day in October to complete the Move With Water Babies challenge.
We'll be sharing some ideas you can do by yourself or with your little ones to get active and you can set your own personal goals to push yourself through October so no matter how much exercise you normally do in your life, you can adjust the challenge to suit you, earn a medal for your efforts and raise donations for great causes in the process.
Share your moves & achievements with us by posting them to your social media and tagging the event
