Paradise Island Swim 2025

Before you enter Paradise Island Swim 2025

On the weekend of Saturday 16th or Sunday 17th August 2025, a group of swimmers will be taking on Paradise Island Swim 2025: a 5km open water swim challenge organised and led by Try A Tri Community LBG. This is the sixth swim in the event's history and we are excited to welcome a new cohort of swimmers to the Paradise Island Swim community!

In order to take part in the event, you must complete this online registration process. By registering you will become part of a group of people that will aim to complete the Paradise Island Swim 2025.

Prior to taking part, each swimmer must evidence a 'Qualifying Swim' of at least 3.5km. This swim should be completed at an average pace of 2:24mins/100m (or 24 mins per 1km). The successful completion of the qualifying swim is a mandatory requirement. You can complete the swim in your own time or join our 'Qualifying Swim' event that is scheduled for Sunday 27 July. We would encourage your kayaker to also attend.

We will also be hosting three group coached sessions:
POOL - Wednesday 21 May, LBHS pool, 6.15 - 7.00pm

OPEN WATER - Sunday 6 July at Pembroke / L'Ancresse, time TBC

OPEN WATER - Sunday 27 July, location and time TBC.

All dates are subject to change.
