Guernsey Junior Triathlon

Before you enter Guernsey Junior Triathlon

This is a fun, friendly, non judgemental event for any young people to give triathlon a go.This event is open to any child who can competently complete the distances listed within their age group below.

Ages 5 & 6: swim 25-50m, Bike 300m (grass), Run 200m (two swim options based on ability but every child must be able to swim a min 25m unaided)
Ages 7 & 8: Swim 100m, Bike 600m (grass), Run 500m
Ages 9 & 10: Swim 200m, Bike 2.8k (closed road circuit), Run 900m
Ages 11 & 12: Swim 250m, Bike 3.5k (closed road circuit), 1.2k
Ages 13 & 14: Swim 300m, Bike 4.2k (closed road circuit), 2k
