About Training Weekend with Lowri Morgan

Join us for a two day (2 night) fun packed trail running masterclass weekend, coaching sessions and seminars lead by runner and adventurer Lowri Morgan and The Trail Events Co team.

Lowri is a world-class extreme endurance runner. She has waded through murky swamps and rivers teeming with piranhas in the Amazon as well as plough through blizzards and biting icy winds to complete and win the notoriously tough 6633 Ultra in the Arctic. Lowri is also a BFTA award winning presenter working on the BBC.

The weekend training/ coaching camp will be ideal for those wanting to improve their running, training, gain confidence and will tailor your requirements as much as we can.

Motives of a long distance runner

Embracing failure/ Fear of failure

The first weekend is about to be launched, which will see you come and stay at the Ynysmarchog Farm Bunkhouse, just outside Trecastle, in the Brecon Beacons. Where you will receive full board with your accommodation.

You will arrive on the Saturday morning before heading off on your first run.  Lead by experienced trail runners and guides you will enjoy the best of what trail running can offer you as well as getting in some great training.
