Entry is open for the 2024 On Your Bike on 19th May through RaceNation and SportsGiving.
Through organising this event we raise money for Rotary supported charities with Alzheimer and Dementia Support Services (ADSS) being our main beneficiary for 2024. To enable us to continue to help these charities in a significant way we have set a target to raise £20,000. To help us reach this target we ask entrants to make a voluntary personal donation of £20 or more which you can make when registering for the event. Every entrant will automatically have the benefit of a SportsGiving page which you can share with family and friends to encourage sponsorship for your cycling. You can use the RaceNation App to make On Your Bike an all-round event. You will also have links you can share on different social media platforms.
Ride our 15, 30 or 45 mile routes that start and finish beside the River Thames at Gravesend. You will ride through many of the most beautiful country lanes in Kent.
Get On Your Bike for the best organised event in the South East. You will have support from our Check Points (with light refreshments), Raynet radio links and support vehicles if needed. All with the support of Gravesend Cyclists Touring Club.
The 15 mile route is just right for a family ride or a beginners’ event as it uses a section of the SUSTRANS national cycle path. The 30 and 45 routes are suited to the more experienced riders.
Get your family and friends to join in, or organise a team with four or more entries from work, club, pub, school or just your neighbourhood. When you register from this point (after 5 May) your rider pack will be ready for you to collect on the day from Gravesend Riverside, the start location.
Through RaceNation and SportsGiving you can register today, make your donation and automatically have a sponsorship page created.
Select your ticket when the entry is completed we will confirm your rider number.
Our main beneficiary is Alzheimer's and Dementia Support Services (ADSS) and we will also be helping other Rotary supported charities.
