About Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon 2020

The Standard Chartered Marathon details are as follows:
The Race starts at 09.00hrs in St Helier and then takes you along country lanes, paved tracks and traffic-controlled roads. An enjoyable challenge for new runners and experienced competitors alike. All races are run in accordance with UK Athletics Rules. Minimum age is 18 on the day.

Ravenscroft Relay Race details are as follows:
The Ravenscroft Relay Race starts at 09.30hrs in St Helier and takes you through some of the Island’s most scenic areas of country lanes, picturesque valleys and the beautiful coast of Jersey. You will be running alongside competitors in the Marathon Race. Teams of five runners compete on the full marathon course with sections varying form 4.8 to 11 kms. This really is a fantastic opportunity for people of all levels of fitness to participate in a big race atmosphere. Marathon Distance // Team Effort // Amazing Achievement

The Marathon Mile

The Marathon Mile sponsored by Jersey Development Company starts at 10:00hrs in St Helier. A special one lap course around the streets of St Helier is designed just for the Marathon Mile and the race is both a good competition and a fun way to take part in the day.

The change of classification now offers the benefit to welcome younger children from aged 6+. We also look forward to welcoming short distance athletes, charity runners, school and many more to take on the NEW Marathon Mile record for Jersey!

Can you get into Roger Bannisters four minute-mile barrier? Or perhaps you might take on the challenge to beat the Mens world record of 3:43:13 or the Female world record of 4:12:33.
