AGE GROUPS

U13 & U15 – Age as of  31st August/1st September 2021 

U17, U20 Men & Women  – must be Under 20 on 31st December 2021

Senior Men & Women –  Age 19+ (born year 2001 or earlier)

U11’s are eligible to enter 75m, 800m & long jump

Entries close at 11.59pm on Sunday, September 12. No late entries.

Athletes can enter no more than 3 events (Under 13 & 15 can only compete in one of either the 800m, 1500m, or 3K for Under 15s).

As per Sussex County rules do not enter if you are not in possession of a current and valid EA registration number, as your entry will be rejected and you will not be able to compete. 

SUSSEX 3K CHAMPS  All entrants must have Sussex County qualification through Birth or Residence. Residence requires nine months of continuous residence in the County prior to the date of the competition. Under 15 upwards only. Medals to first 3 in each age category.

The provisional timetable is to assist you in planning your entry. The actual timing, but not the day, may change depending upon entries.

Copies of the Final Timetable will be sent to all competitors the Wednesday before the event. You are strongly advised to check with the Final Timetable for the actual time of your event/s.

Online enter your Best Performance from the past year in the event(s) your are entering to assist seeding, grading and announcing of races.
