Following the Government COVID roadmap and the update from UKA, Stroud & District AC is pleased to announce that we are planning to run the Woodchester park run as planned this year. The exact format of the race will be determined closer to the time  and we will be following all COVID guidelines / security measures required.

A challenging, hilly course of approximately eight miles along woodland tracks through Woodchester Park.

General Information 

• No race packs will be sent out. All race communication will be via email.
• Race numbers will need to be collected on the night.
• A reminder email will be sent to you 1 week prior to the race date with final race instructions.
• Please complete the emergency contact information on the reverse side of your number before starting the race
• There are no changing or shower facilities available.

Confirmation of Conditions of Entry

• Prizes must be collected at the event otherwise all rights to prizes will be forfeited
• If you wish to transfer your race number to another runner please do this through the Race Nation transfer facility. Changes can be made up to 1 week before the start of the race
• Wearing of personal listening devices is prohibited and could lead to disqualification. EA approved Aftershokz / bone conducting headphones are allowed.
• Marshals and recording of times and positions will cease after 90 mins from the Start of the race

I agree to abide by UKA rules and accept that this event is potentially hazardous. I am medically fit to participate in the event and understand that I enter at my own risk and that the organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury or illness that may be caused to myself as a result of the event or for any property lost during the race. I also agree to notify the race organisers prior to the event if my situation changes. I will write on the reverse of my race number and emergency name and contact details for race day and any medical conditions which the race organisers should be aware of. I agree not to wear headphones during the event, nor will I carry a baby about my person, run with a dog or be paced by a cyclist. 

By taking part you agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times and age category
