Sea Lanes is excited to present the Autumn 5K Swim Challenge. This is an opportunity to swim 5K but broken down into 50 x 100m intervals. Swimmers will need to have a good level of endurance and be able to swim and rest off the below times. Pick your speed - we will have 3 lanes available: 
Lane 1: Swim and Rest off 1 min 45 secs per 100m 
Lane 2: Swim and Rest off 2.00 mins per 100m
Lane 3: Swim and Rest off 2 mins 15 seconds per 100m

The challenge will run twice on the morning of Saturday 18th October the first session will begin with a briefing at 08:30AM swim starting at 9AM.  The second session will begin with a briefing at 11AM with a swim start at 11:30AM.  Wetsuits permitted.
