About South Downs Leisure

South Downs Leisure is an award winning sustainable Charity and Leisure Trust, responsible for the delivery of leisure and hospitality facilities in Adur & Worthing in West Sussex.  We also operate the brand new 50m Sea Lanes in Brighton.

Headed up by a Board of Trustees, South Downs Leisure (SDL) work in partnership with over 80 local clubs, charities, schools and wellbeing providers and we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of local residents.

    After your 50 x 100m swim challenge, join us in the Club house for a well-earned meal and social gathering with fellow swimmers. We’ll be serving a comforting spread of Shakshuka – a rich, spiced tomato and pepper stew – paired with perfectly poached eggs and warm flatbreads to scoop and savour. Tea and coffee will be flowing to help you recharge, reconnect, and reflect on your swim.

    Whether you're here to celebrate your swim, meet new people, or simply enjoy good food in great company, this is your moment to unwind.
