SATURDAY 14TH SEPT

Check in from 0730 for the 5K & 2.5K

In association with Brighton Tri Club we are hosting the 'Brighton Swim Challenge' 

We are hosting a 750M swim, a 2.5K swim and a 5K swim. Check in will be at Sea Lanes and the start and finish of each swims will be around the same area. All safety and first aid cover will be with https://www.blueresponseuk.com/

Please note the tide will be ebbing and flowing during the swim and swimmers will take varying times to complete the course. We cannot guarantee a definite distance for all swimmers, however the course route at the time of planning/laying of course allowed for the advertised distance. The course is based on flat clam seas on the day so course may have to change depending upon weather conditions on the day.

Each swimmer will receive a medal at the end of the swim and a discounted celebratory drink at Bison Bar afterwards! Chip timing for each swimmer will be provided by https://www.dbmax.co.uk and prizes for the first Male/Female in each swim. 

You can wear skins or a wet suit but no fins, paddles, music in the ear (sorry it's very dangerous when in a group setting if you can't hear others around you) or tow floats please.

ALL SWIMMERS TO COME SWIM READY - The changing rooms at Sea Lanes pool will not be available.

750 SWIM CHECK IN 1000 - 1100 AM BRIEF AT 1120 SWIM OFF 1130

BAG DROP WILL BE ON THE BEACH. IT WILL BE MANNED AT ALL TIMES BUT WE CAN NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SO PLEASE DON'T BRING ANY VALUABLES. THERE ARE LOCKERS ON THE BEACH BY SEA LANES YOU CAN BRING PADLOCKS FOR BUT THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Participants who was registered for the 7th July date has been automatically moved to the new date of the 14th Sept. You have till Sunday 25th August to e mail us that you can not do the new date to receive a refund (if you were registered for the original date) Any refund request after this date will not be permitted.
