Sessions are held at WADURS SWIMMING POOL, SHOREHAM BN43 6TE
Please ensure you come 'beach ready' to reduce the numbers in the changing room and we recommend hat and goggles.

About Open Water Winter Training
Winter swimming for open water swimmers
Keep up your technique and fitness throughout the winter. Open to all front crawl swimmers, come along and practice your technique in a safe, pool environment with a Level 2 British Triathlon Coach. Filming may be also used throughout as a coaching resource.
