About Move Well - Natural Movement and Fitness Session

Natural Movement is an alternative approach to fitness and well-being that bases its philosophy on natural skills of movement that are deeply rooted in our evolutionary history.

In a sense, it offers a system of highly authentic real-world physical education that nurtures your body the way it was designed creating adaptable, robust, mindful and creative individuals who are physically literate.

Even to our most recent ancestors, our modern approach to fitness would look alien. They did not 'work out', however, they were far fitter, more robust and healthier than we are today. Fitness was a 'by-product' of a strong foundation of practical movement skills which allowed them to move more efficiently, with more options and for longer.

You may not believe it, but you evolved to move with skill and you are made for it. You are the peak of millions of years of evolutionary perfection, it's all just below the surface, and we just forgot it.



IT'S TIME TO REWILD AND AWAKEN YOUR NATURAL SELF.



Some information about what you'll be doing, how long for and with whom.




  • We will explore what 'natural fitness means, and how it differs in comparison to conventional fitness.

  • We sample some key natural movements together in a fun way.

  • We explore a natural place and change how we see it and what opportunities for movement it presents.

  • We interact, learn and play with movement in a fun, supportive and social manner.

  • The group size is a maximum of 10.
