The RISE Superheroes Summer is six weeks of fundraising to replace the annual fundraising Heroes Run event for RISE.  It is a unique fancy dress challenge for the whole family - with options to suit adults and children, even pets! Join hundreds of other superheroes for this fun idea, make the most of spare time during the summer holidays, earn yourself a medal and raise money for domestic abuse charity RISE.

We'll support you every step of the way, with costume ideas, challenge suggestions and photos of people once they've completed their challenge which will provide inspiration.

A donation of £12 will see you dress up and complete a challenge to complete of your choice. Whether you want to cycle dressed as Captain Marvel or bake as many cakes as you can dressed as Batman, the possibilities are endless! Anyone across the UK can take part.
