Before you enter RaceNation's 'Keep your Distance' Virtual 5K Jersey

Thank you for choosing 'Keep your Distance', the RaceNation Virtual 5k!

We don’t mind how you run it, or how quickly, just as long as you do it on your own, and ‘keep your distance’ of 2 meters from any passers-by!

Before completing just make sure you:

  • Have your route planned, making sure you adhere to government guidelines
  • After completion, enter your time online – Click here for the Results Page
  • Our timers update the entrants and results every day.
  • You can also enter your Strava link (optional).
  • Share on Instagram and of course tag @race.nation
  • Once you've done all of this, we then send your medal out to you in the post.
