The Wessex 10k Friday 31st July | Start 19:00

Starting from Somerton Recreation Ground the ROUTE drops down onto some of the most gorgeous scenery the Somerset Levels has to offer. Enjoy running on the old country droves and admire the stunning views as far as the eye can see before re-joining the road and heading back up to where you started. 

Oh and the Sports Club bar will be open after the event, an opportunity to catch up with your running buddies and compare your speeds and talk all things running over a well deserved cool pint of Somerset cider!

For the Wessex 10k Bone Conducting Headphones are permitted, we do NOT allow the use of in ear headphones or those that are not bone conducting.
The Event Organisers will have no responsibility should this rule be ignored. 
Runners seen to be wearing in-ear / non bone conducting headphones will be disqualified by the Event Organisers.
