If you haven't been to OPP before please remember to book your induction

We have all you need to prepare for your next race or your first race

including many of the obstacles you would see at a Spartan race including the spear throw, Hercules hoist, twister and walls.

Morning or afternoon sessions for you to practice the way you want, in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with a bit of advice from me a Spartan SGX Coach if you need it.

You can join in the Saturday bootcamp in your morning session for free.

JUNIOR SESSIONS

There must be at least one adult to two juniors, the adult can either take part in the session or watch, as long as they take full responsibility for the juniors at all times.
JUNIORS 7 - 15 YEARS
ACCOMPANYING ADULT MUST BE OVER 16 YEARS AND MUST COMPLETE AN INDUCTION WHETHER THEY ARE JOINING IN OR SUPERVISING, induction cost is £7.00

£15.50 if booked online by 9.00pm the day before the sessions

£10.50 juniors

£17.50 if booked by 12.00am the day before the sessions
