Before you enter OPP TRX online
From the 1st July for a trial period you will be able to take a live in person TRX class or an online version, the class will increase to 45mins 6.15-7.00pm and a slight increase to £5 for the trial period, if you wanted to book the live class then follow this link to book

TRX Online by Obstacle Play Park
This will be a 45 min class and will consist of basic TRX moves so even a beginner can take part, you will have to have straps to use though.
The class will start at 6.00pm.
Class is £5.00 per household
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ONCE YOU REGISTER YOUR LOGIN DETAILS WILL BE ON YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Remember that by signing in to any online classes from OPP you accept responsibility for your own safety during the classes, as i can only see a small picture of each participant during the classes it is extremely difficult to correct any exercise you are doing wrong, if you are not sure what you are doing then stop, don't take unnecessary risks.
