As Spartan coach it seems only right that I share my knowledge to the TM community as we are all part of the same family, many people know myself and OPP as the biggest Spartan Training Venue in the country but what they forget is that we also have a massive array of non Spartan obstacles too taken form different races around the world and some OPP originals.

From a TM perspective we have Monkey Bars, Rings, Wheels, Walls and Nets we also have "Just The Tip" so plenty to help you prepare for your run, we will of course teach you to do some of the obstacles on your own but unlike Spartan we will learn how to tackle obstacles together as a team, if your on your own then its a great opportunity to meet some future team mates for your next event.
