Wednesdays - 6.00pm 5-6km

Sundays - 9.30am 7-10km

If your looking for a run club with a bit of a difference, I would love you to join us.

It will be a guided run by a Spartan SGX coach and Spartan Obstacle Specialist , through some great woodland trails with exercise stops thrown in along the way, doesn't matter what level you are at I will accommodate all, just let me know before you come so I can plan a session around everyone.

There is a regular Wednesday night 6.00 session around 5kish with and Sunday longer runs in preparation for a will be around 8k-10k for the January then stepping up in distance after that.
