Before you enter Spartan Obstacle Workshop
" I AM A SPARTAN"
As a Spartan SGX Coach & Spartan Obstacle Specialist I love spartan, the people, the ethos and the races.
If you love Spartan and want to be better prepared for next season or you are a new spartan who wants to be ready for your first event then this is for you.
We will practice different techniques on Spartan obstacles that you might see in the UK and abroad and try and find the ones that suit you the best, we will also discuss other exercise away from the obstacles that will help you in your quest to be burpee free.
We will also run Spartan time trials to see how you are doing, more details of these will appear very soon.
Sessions:
Weekends: 11.30-1.00pm
£12 if booked online before 10.00pm the day before the event
£15 if booked online before 12.00am
£17 on the day
During the summer there will also be weekday sessions added
