From the 1st April you will be able to earn a Spartan SGX wedge or the weekend classes
IF YOU ARE BOOKING THE SGX WEDGE OPTION, THEN ONCE YOU BOOK YOU WILL BE SENT A CODE THAT WILL EXPIRE AFTER 3 MONTHS, IN THAT TIME YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE 4 FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES TO QUALIFY FOR YOUR WEDGE.
The SGX Functional Fitness sessions are different to the Wednesday nights as you will use more equipment based exercises.
We will also use some of the things you may see at Spartan races from time to time, like the bucket carry, sand bags and heavy skipping ropes and occasionally some obstacles may be used
Functional Fitness classes are about getting fitter, becoming stronger but most importantly getting you race fit and life fit, we will train in a way that will get you moving in different ways and using neglected muscles which will help prevent injury in your sport and everyday life, you will lift, jump, pull and push, using ropes, tyres, weights and your own body weight with elements of the Spartan SGX Programme.
Classes are on weekends, mainly Saturdays during Open Practice but also the occasional Sunday, they are held alternate weekends to Obstacle Bootcamps

SUMMER CLASS TIMES (April 1st) 9.00-10.00am

For your safety there must be a minimum of 4 people for the session to go ahead, you will be refunded or credited if the session if we do not reach the required number.
