Obstacle Bootcamp

Before you enter Obstacle Bootcamp

These will be socially distanced events I have a plan in place for hand cleaning during the event and VERY severe penalties for failing to follow the rules.

These sessions are the most popular classes we run and are perfect preparation not only for competition, but for a great all body workout, If you are a racer and want to test your obstacle skills when you are tired this is defiantly the class for you, starting off with a warm up and a short run around the chosen obstacles for the session, this is then followed by one of my workouts to fatigue your grip and arm strength, before a final round of the obstacles to test your technique when you are fatigued.

But you don,t have to be a racer as its also a great functional all body workout. 

THERE ARE PENALTIES FOR NOT COMPLETING OBSTACLES ALTHOUGH I'M FAIRLY GENEROUS WITH THESE, BUT FOR NOT TRYING AN OBSTACLE ITS 30 BURPEES NON NEGOTIABLE

Tuesdays 7.00 - 8.30pm

Sundays:- 9.30 - 11.00am

Sunday session will include the online Spartan SGX workout

SESSION LASTS:-  90 mins

COST :- Tuesday from £11.00

              Sundays from £12.00

 Online booking only

For your safety there must be a minimum of 4 people for the session to go ahead, you will be refunded or credited if the session if we do not reach the required number.
