Before you enter Open Obstacle Practice 2020

Please take the time to read everything so you are prepared for your visit.

I am now able to offer longer sessions for more people, we also have all obstacles back in use except one which will hopefully be available again very soon.

Pricing :-

Individual from £16

Maximum 15 people per session.

for some parts of the course it is not possible or practical to maintain the same level of cleaning as the rest of the course receives, these areas are signposted and will be pointed out to you and although hand cleaning spots are in use, you use this area at your own risk.
you CANNOT use the cleaned part of the course once you enter this area

You will need to sanitise your hands after every obstacle, HAND SANITISER MUST BE ALCOHOL BASED

DO NOT use saliva for grip - no spitting on hands or licking palms, or spitting in general

At this time CHALK CAN NOT be used

You will receive one warning then may be asked to leave if you persist on breaking any rules.

There will be 2 hour time slots available for the Saturday or Sunday, times will only be released as early slots are sold,

Other days and times may be available by appointment only, email or call me to arrange.

Online bookings only.

There will be individual slots available if the block booked slots are ot taken, a minimum number of 4 will be needed by 7.00pm the day before your for the session to go ahead, if the required number of 4 is not reached then you will be refunded your session.

About Open Obstacle Practice 2020

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER DURING THIS TIME

You MUST bring ALCOHOL BASED hand sanitiser with you

You MUST use hand sanitiser AFTER using EACH obstacle, IT IS IMPORTANT YOU ALLOW THIS TO DRY BEFORE YOU USE AN OBSTACLE, THERE IS A RISK OF BURNS TO YOUR HANDS FROM WET SANITISER

Park in the designated area for your session

Stay by your car until you are meet 10 minutes before your session for a short briefing

Be ready to start your session as soon as your briefing finishes

Maintain social distancing off 2 metres during your stay at OPP

Respect every ones space while you are training

Gloves are optional for obstacle practice and for fitness classes

If you wear gloves for obstacles or fitness classes you will still need to sanitise your gloves when required.

Toilets will be open on a 1 in 1 out basis and you must bring your own HAND TOWEL

No spectators
