From 29th August Open Practice will be held every Sunday until end of September  

(I will be closed on the 4th & 5th Sept)

Open practice sessions are ideal to practice your obstacle skills and to see how others do things, its a very relaxed environment and you will often find a more experienced racer whose happy to give the odd pointer if your not sure what your doing. if your new to obstacles i would say that you may benefit from some coaching before you attempt more than you can manage 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING

Open practice sessions are un-coached and although i will be on hand to give some pointers if you do not feel confident attempting any obstacle please seek advice before trying, If you are new to obstacles and unsure you may benefit from some 1-1 or small group coaching which can be arranged by talking to me.

We are open for obstacle practice again, but there are some restrictions in place

Please take the time to read everything so you are prepared for your visit.

All obstacle a now in use with the usual safety restrictions in place, arts of the course are not cleaned due to the impracticalities of cleaning them, these are in a designated area so extra precautions are in place for the use of these obstacles.

Crash mats MUST be used were indicated-if you have a fall on the higher risk obstacles it will be difficult to administer first aid safely for the first aider and the INJURED person which is why extra precautions are in place. 

Pricing :-

Individual from £16 (after 9.00pm the day before a session the price increases to £18

• for some parts of the course it is not possible or practical to maintain the same level of cleaning as the rest of the course receives, these areas are signposted and will be pointed out to you and although hand cleaning spots are in use, you use this area at your own risk.

You will need to sanitise your hands after every obstacle that has a designated hand sanitising sign or area, HAND SANITISER MUST BE ALCOHOL BASED 

DO NOT use saliva for grip - no spitting on hands or licking palms, or spitting in general  

At this time ONLY LIQUID CHALK  can be used if you wish to use it

You will receive one warning then may be asked to leave if you persist on breaking any rules.

There will be 2 hour time slots available for sessions, times will only be released as early slots are sold,

IF YOU WISH TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKET TO ANOTHER DATE OR EVENT THERE IS A £5.00 TRANSFER FEE, UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY THE ORGANISER 

A minimum number of 4 will be needed by 7.00pm the day before a session for the session to go ahead, if the required number of 4 is not reached then you will be refunded your session.
