These training course for those that want to improve there current skills obstacle fitness levels, there will be a maximum of 5 people per session so its a good coach to pupil ratio meaning more coached time.
Sessions are held on a Tuesday & Thursday
The 6 week courses are aimed at anybody that has some knowledge of obstacles and should be able to complete 6 foot walls, monkey bars and ring traverse.
We will work on improving your current skills and adding new ones, there is also a fitness element and homework to each session.
Please note no team discounts can be used on these courses
Days and times:- Tuesday & Thursday 5.00pm - 6.30pm
The 4 week sessions are for beginners to obstacles in which we will focus on the fundamentals of obstacle techniques and aim to find the right techniques to suit you.
Sessions will be 60 mins for a maximum of 4 people and will be on a Thursday night 7.00-8.00pm
Please get in touch for dates of upcoming course or if you have a group that you want to put together and arrange a differnt days to those advertised then lets see if we can make it work.
