Before you enter Obstacle Play Park Endurance

OPP Endurance 05 will be held on Saturday 14th November, this time there will be a 4, 6 or 7 hour option

If you have booked the 4 hour you will have the option on the night to continue onto the 6 hour portion of the event, there will be a very short break between the 4 and 6 for you to pay before you start, you can also do this for the 7th Hell hour

Once you register you will be added to an event whatsap group for communications, this will be a socially distanced event and you will be required to carry hand sanitiser in your kit and follow event rules.

You may get wet during the event, but will not be swimming in lake OPP

APPROXIMATE FINISH TIME 4 HOUR 7.00pm 6 HOUR 9.30pm 7 HOUR 10.30

Please be prepared to finish later, these are not exact timings.

Standard Kit List

These are items you must have for every event

Athletes MUST wear a RED shirt. This can be a t-shirt, a sports bra, a tank top, whatever you want, but it must be white, you may were whatever you wish underneath the white shirt.
1 headlamp (per person). It will be dark, this is 100% Mandatory.
Spare batteries
1 black sharpie marker per athlete.
2 glow sticks
You must be able to carry your own water supply, A MINIMUM of 3 litres, hydration pack, backpack, ruck,
4 salt or electrolyte packets. If you start to cramp up, eat the packets and drink some water.
2 – 4 energy gel shots or energy bars, whichever flavour you prefer.
Hand sanitiser
You will receive any additional gear list items via email 14 days prior to your event weekend.

About Obstacle Play Park Endurance

OPP ENDURANCE 05 will be at Obstacle Play Park on the 14th November.

There will again be the option of either 4 or 6 hours, if your undecided you will have the option to upgrade to 6 hours at the end of your 4 hour session for £20 extra (cash please) but this time i'm adding a seventh hell hour, this will be a brutal end of class 1 hour workout, it wont be pretty and will hurt, if your brave enough to accept my challenge you can sign up straight away if your undecided you can add it at the end of the 6 hour for £10 extra (cash please)

It will be a combination of team challenges and exercise, both mental and physical, this event will have the added element of finishing in the dark.

You must be prepared for anything during the 4, 6 or 7 plus hours and be ready to leave your comfort zone a long way behind.

You will receives a full kit list 14 days before the event but here are a few must haves to get you started

ruck capable of holding up to 20k

2 metre x 40mm pvc tube filled with sand (you can rent one of these at checkout)

head torch with spare batteries

2 glow sticks (these can be purchased at check out)

2 empty sand bags 750mm x 325mm (these can be purchased at check out)

There will be a full kit list nearer the time.

If you are ordering glow sticks or sand bags from me you can do that at checkout also if you are hiring a pole you can do that at checkout also.
