These sessions are the most popular classes we run and are perfect preparation not only for competition, but for a great all body workout, If you are a racer and want to test your obstacle skills when you are tied this is defiantly the class for you, starting off with a warm up and a short run around the chosen obstacles for the session, this is then followed by one of my workouts to fatigue your grip and arm strength, before a final round of the obstacles to test your technique when you are fatigued.
But you don,t have to be a racer as its also a great functional all body workout.
THERE ARE PENALTIES FOR NOT COMPLETING OBSTACLES ALTHOUGH I'M FAIRLY GENEROUS WITH THESE, BUT FOR NOT TRYING AN OBSTACLE ITS 30 BURPES, NON NEGOTIABLE
Start times will vary so check before you book
During January & February Obstacle Bootcamp is included in Open Practice when they are on at the same time
From March Obstacle Bootcamp is seperate to Open Practice BUT is included in midweek Open Practice although you can book these seperatly if you wish

For your safety there must be a minimum of 4 people for the session to go ahead, you will be refunded or credited for the session if we do not reach the required number.
