Before you enter Marlborough Downs Challenge
Both Marlborough Downs Challenge races are licensed by the TRA and held under UK Athletics Rules. Participants for the 20 mile race must be aged 18 or over on race day, and for the 33 mile race entrants must be aged 20 or over on race day.

About Marlborough Downs Challenge
The Marlborough Downs Challenge offers an opportunity to participate in a 20 mile or 33 mile ultramarathon trail race across the beautiful North Wessex Downs. Both races are mostly off-road along scenic tracks and footpaths and are ideal for runners who want to make the move to longer distance running. There is plenty of rolling countryside to enjoy, with elevation of approximately 3000 feet in the 33 mile race and 1500ft in the 20 mile race.
All finishers will receive the much sought after MDC souvenir mug from the White Horse Pottery – www.whitehorsepottery.co.uk.
