Before you enter Lytchett 10
- The course is accurately measured; a map of the course and SEAA Course Measurement Certificate Number: TBC are available in the Sports Centre
- All competitors must be 17 years or over on the day of the race.
- The cut off is 3 hours.
- There are two water stations.
- The course surfaces are in good condition but there are some potholes and uneven surfaces along the way.
- The route is fully marshalled.
- There are no road closures in place.
- Please note this is a headphone/ear-phone free race.

About Lytchett 10
The ‘Lytchett 10’ is a ten mile road race, organised by Lytchett Manor Striders, in accordance with UKA rules and was established in 1980.
The race starts at the Sports Centre at Lytchett Minster School, Post Green Road, Lytchett Minster, Poole, BH16 6JD in Dorset; the course is hilly and entirely on country roads and pavements.
We are excited that we have been selected as a DRRL race.
