Make the most of your Summer by signing up to our 30baysin30days event and support Les Bourgs Hospice. 

The challenge is to swim at least 30 strokes in 30 different bays around the island during the month of July but it can be flexible to suit your needs so you can repeat swims at your favourite bays from the list if they are easier for you to access. We also appreciate that although the event encourages you to swim every day busy lives, tide or weather can make this a challenge so you can bank swims if you need to. We want you to enjoy it!

Whether you want to explore parts of the island you've never been to, rediscover a love of sea swimming or make new memories with friends and family we like to think that this event provides something for everyone. If you are limited on time please consider signing up as part of a team to share the list between you or take part in our smaller 9baysin30days event.
