Travel

Outbound: Tuesday 22nd August Or Friday 25th August

Return: Sunday 27th August 

We are asking everyone to book their own flights.  Please see separate registration email for details. 
The only transfer included in the ticket cost that will be arranged by Le Cure is a coach transfer from Milan Malpensa airport to the hotel in Sestriere.

NB This year we are asking everyone to make their own way home from Mougins.  There are lots of flights back to the UK from Nice and Ubers / taxis are readily available from Mougins. 

Payments

Please note that the payment you are about to make is the first of three payments.  The second payment will be collected by RaceNation before departure. The final balancing payment will be after the event once all the final costs are known, including costs on the event itself.  Each Curista pays for the services they book and use, including for the specific hotel rooms you stay in, the transfers you take, etc.

Refunds

Any withdrawals after this point and you will forfeit the initial payment and any additional payments made unless a replacement participant can be found or you can claim on your travel insurance. Please note we are a not for profit organisation and therefore any costs we incur need to be borne by the entrants.
