Run. Jog. Walk. Any way. Any day. It's 5k your way. For the JSPCA. Throughout May, we are encouraging you to ‘springer’ in to action and raise money for the JSPCA Animals’ Shelter. Sign up now to take part in the 5k Your Way for the JSPCA and choose to run, walk, jog or even bike your 5k at any time on any day between 1st and 31st May. 

Alternatively, you can take part in our physical event on Sunday 29th May at 10.30am from the Freedom Tree (near the Radisson Hotel) where you can walk, jog or run your 5k with other participants. Each participant on this day will receive a certificate, and there will be a prize for the ‘Best Dressed’. 

If you choose to take part in the virtual event, be sure to take photos of your 5k and tag us on social media: #5kyourwayJSPCA There will be a prize for most imaginative photo which will be chosen and awarded during June.
