The Extremely Jolly is Jolly Running's equivalent of a Christmas cracker!! It's full of surprises and promises to get you in the Christmas spirit. Join us doing what you love!

The Extremely Jolly is a 10km trail race, taking place on Sunday 14th December 2025 at 11am.

The Extremely Jolly event is a totally unique trail race. It is the first and only trail race to incorporate a 30 metre water slide...which will have you screaming with laughter! The water slide is optional, you can choose not to experience it if you wish.

Escot is a beautiful estate with picturesque grounds and the route offers a variety of trails, woodland tracks, rocky paths, streams, quaint bridges, fields and water crossings, depending on the river level. There is always a generous offering of mud and sometimes snow!!! The course is challenging in places and it's definitely not a flat easy fun run but we guarantee that you will have a generous serving of fun with lashings of laughter.

All finishers will get a bespoke Jolly Running medal and buff.

This event is for over 17 year olds.

The deadline for all race transfers and deferrals is Sunday 30th November 2025

Deferrals, transfers and any adjustments to your entry are unable to be processed after this date. 

Transfers can be done yourself through your RaceNation account. It is a very easy process.
