This is a Split Discipline Triathlon for any junior triathletes born in 2016 (TriStars Start) - 2007, with the swim and run elements taking place at St Catherine's Breakwater at 08:00am followed by a Bike Session taking place at Les Quennevais track at 11:00am.

There is a break between each of the discipline.
