This membership is for Junior and Senior members.
Our Junior membership is open to anyone who is born in 2006 to 2017 and our Senior membership is open to anyone who is born in 2010 or before. If you are new to the sport of triathlon and are born between 2006 and 2010 we would strongly recommend joining the Junior Club. If you are or expect to be an Academy Athlete you should be a Junior Member. Both memberships entitle you to various training and racing opportunities throughout the year as well as support with travel and equipment costs where appropriate.
Junior membership numbers are sadly capped due to resource constraints, in particular the number of volunteer coaches. With the exception of Tristars Start (born in 2017) membership is open first of all to existing members and their siblings.
Senior members aged 18 and over are entitled to attend and vote at the Club's AGM (typically held in November) and are asked to marshal 2 events or help organise 1 event during the year. Parents of Junior members are expected to marshal at junior races and any parents interested in becoming a coach are strongly encouraged to speak to the Club about opportunities and support.
For those wishing to use Aquasplash for swim training, the Club enjoy preferential rates on annual and monthly memberships, representing savings of up to 25%. Please show your Jersey Tri Club membership credentials when signing up. If you are an existing monthly member, you can benefit from the reduced fees now by showing your Jersey Tri Club membership.
The Jersey Triathlon Club strongly recommend all members become members of the British Triathlon Federation.

The Jersey Triathlon Club was amongst the first formed in the UK (1985). The island of Jersey is situated in the English Channel (only 12 miles from France) and with sheltered bays, clear blue seas and golden sandy shores, it makes for an idyllic venue for the sport of triathlon.
The Club year runs from 1 October to 30 September. Membership is now open for the 2024/25 season. Our members range from novices (both adults and children) right up to age group world champions and Commonwealth Games participants. Members undertake all distances from super sprint, standard, half and full Ironman not to mention duathlons, aquathlons, aquabikes and adventure races (as well as single discipline events). A wealth of knowledge and experience is given out by our trained coaches at club sessions throughout the week.
If you are a paratriathlete and want to speak to us about how we can help accommodate you at Club sessions please get in touch.
