You will need a swimming costume, a swimming hat and goggles, a road worthy bike, a helmet and clothes/shoes for running and cycling in.  You may also want a towel for your transition from swimming to cycling.  The weather may be cold before and after the race so please make sure you have warm clothes and appropriate hydration and nutrition.  Tristars Start (those born in 2013) MUST use a mountain bike, older age groups who use a racing style bike should ensure they are appropriately restricted (google British Cycling guidelines if unsure).  Parents should check that all handlebars are plugged, brakes are effective, tyres properly inflated and all other components are in good working order.  Full details of distances and start times will follow by email.  The event will strictly adhere to the latest COVID guidance.
