Before you enter AL August Aquathlon Series 1st August 2019

Entrants must be aged 8 or over on 31 December 2019, those aged under 18 on the day of the race must have a parent or guardian with them at registration. 

Please arrive between From 17:00 and Short: 17:50, Medium: 18:05, Long: 18:20 to collect your race number, chip and to set your transition.

There is limited parking at the Event, please car share or arrive by bike if possible.

About AL August Aquathlon Series 1st August 2019

Short: 100m/1km, Medium: 300m/2km and Long: 750m/4km   Meet Ouaisne Beach Car Park or St Catherine's BreakwaterCompetitors require only: possibly a wetsuit, brightly coloured swim hat, goggles and attire suitable for running, the races at Ouaisne are partly offroad and so trail shoes are recommended. 



Please arrive at From 17:00 to collect your race number, chip and set up your transition for a Short: 18:00, Medium: 18:15, Long: 18:30 start. 



There will be a full briefing at approximately Short: 17:50, Medium: 18:05, Long: 18:20.  There is limited parking at the Event, please car share or arrive by bike if possible.



There are public toilets near transition.
