Duathlon location based at JFTU (Southfork), 5km Run, 21km Bike, 2km run (Sprint) there will also be a Super Sprint option which will be approximately 3km Run, 7km Bike, 2km run..

Competitors require only a road worthy bike, a helmet and attire suitable for running and cycling. Please arrive at 07:15 to collect your race number, chip and set up your transition for a 07:45 start.  There will be a full briefing at approximately 07:35.

There is limited parking at the Event, please car share or arrive by bike if possible. 

Entrants must be aged 15 or over on 31 December 2025, those aged under 18 on the day of the race must have a parent or guardian with them at registration. Please arrive between 07:10 and 07:30 to collect your race number, chip and to set your transition. There is limited parking at the Event, please car share or arrive by bike if possible.
