Lifesaving Workshop with Nicky Holgate-Smith (from enjoy2swim and is a Royal Life Saving Society Accredited Trainer).

Please bring a swim costume and towel, a bright swim hat, warm clothes for after and a tow float and comfortable clothing to do CPR).

Nicky will ask everyone on the day to compete a medical form which she will bring with her. 

Sunday 28 of September, 9am to 11am at the Lido, meet outside the Café (if it is raining, we will either be in the Café or at the Jersey Swimming Club Room at Havre des Pas, but we will contact you by email or WhatsApp the night before when she has checked the weather conditions.

The cost is a £10 per person donation to Philips Footprints (paid at time of booking) via Race Nation. Non-refundable.
