Coached Swimming Sessions every Sunday 07th September to Sunday 21st December 2025 (except 21st September and 26th October 25) inclusive 09:15 to 10:15 (please be poolside and ready with hats, goggles and water bottles for 09:10).

Lanes for Big Maggys Tristars (born 2018 to 2006 inclusive) - athletes should be able to swim full lengths, younger or less experienced swimmers may be limited to 30 minutes, while they develop.

These sessions are aimed at those swimmers who are not already swimming more than three times a week with a competitive squad.

Children of primary school age must be accompanied by an appropriate adult to the coach poolside and collected from the coach poolside, the changing rooms are used by members of the public and we can not be responsible for your child either side of the coached session.
