Entrants aged under 18 on the day of the race must have a parent or guardian with them at registration. Arrival time to collect your race number, chip and to set your transition will be confirmed nearer the event. You will need a brightly coloured swim hat, goggles, and attire suitable for swimming and running (including shoes). We would recommend children swim in a wetsuit unless they are accustomed to swimming without one. For adults a wetsuit is highly likely to be optional.
When you enter a team ticket each team member can select if they are attending the BBQ or not. The team captain can add themselves and a second member of the team. Additional members can then be added by using the link in the email confirmation from Race-Nation with subject "Complete team X". The team captain can then 'invite' additional members - use your own email address if you have all of the details for entry and their agreement to the terms and conditions.
A 'fun' twelve leg aquathlon relay at St Catherine’s. Teams can be between 1 and 12 members who will together complete a swim/run/swim/run/swim/run/ swim/run/swim/run/swim/run (each swim being c100m, each run being c1km). TSS (2016) can do a maximum two legs (ie a swim/run), TS1 and 2 (2012-2015) a maximum of four legs and TS3 (2010-2011) a maximum of six legs. Adults and 15+ can enter to do all 12 (if they wish). Younger athletes can do a single leg by prior arrangement with the organisers. When you enter a team ticket each team member can select if they are attending the BBQ or not. Please arrive at about 14:15 for a prompt 15:00 start. A Club BBQ (with vegan options too) will take place after the event as we have been kindly given use of the Sailing Clubhouse. Please bring your own drinks. If you have any special dietry requirements please let us know (or feel free to bring what's appropriate for you).
